Usually we can deliver in just 2 days — but turnaround depends on three factors: the complexity of your artwork, the quantity you’re ordering, and whether your DST stitch file is already prepared or needs to be digitized from scratch. It depends on quantity — for larger orders, digitizing is often free as part of the volume. For smaller runs, there’s a one-time digitizing fee (most Miami shops charge $25–$60). The best part: you only pay once. After we digitize your logo, we keep your DST stitch file on record, so every reorder ships without any digitizing charge. Every order also includes a test embroidery run before production — that’s why it’s built into the price, so you approve the stitched sample before we commit to the full batch.

Yes, absolutely. You supply the garments, we embroider them — pricing in our table reflects embroidery service only. We handle any embroiderable fabric: cotton, polyester blends, fleece, denim, nylon, twill. If you need blanks instead, we source them at wholesale prices. Just ask.

1. Yes. We use Madeira and Isacord thread libraries — the same ones used by major uniform manufacturers — to match Pantone and CMYK brand colors. Send us your Pantone codes or brand guide and we’ll match them across every piece, every reorder, guaranteed.

Vector files work best: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), EPS, or PDF. Photoshop (.PSD) and high-resolution PNG (300 dpi minimum, transparent background) also work. If your file needs cleanup or vectorizing, we’ll let you know within the hour — usually free. Send it via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

Block letters need to be at least 8mm tall (about 5/16″), and script or cursive fonts need 10mm minimum. Anything smaller won’t stitch cleanly — threads overlap and text becomes unreadable. For tiny logos or dense designs, we recommend embroidered patches instead, which hold fine detail better than direct embroidery.
