A DTF gang sheet is a single large transfer film that holds multiple designs at once. Instead of printing each design separately, you arrange them all on one sheet — saving material, time, and cost per print.
Upload your PNG files with a transparent background, choose your sheet size (from 22×24 in. up to 22×144 in.), drag and drop your designs onto the canvas, and place your order. We handle the rest.
Yes. Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST are printed and ready the same day. Local pickup is available at our Hialeah location — no shipping wait.
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI minimum. We also accept AI and PDF files. Do not submit mirrored images — our software handles that automatically.
- Set the temperature to 310°F (155°C) with medium-high pressure.
- Position the transfer in the desired location on the garment.
- First press: Press for 13 seconds.
- Peel: Wait 5 seconds and peel hot or cold.
Second press: Press again for 13 seconds for added durability.

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, denim, nylon, and most other fabrics. They adhere to both light and dark garments without any special coating.
Yes. We ship nationwide with fast turnaround. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Local Miami customers can also pick up in Miami
