What File Types Are Accepted For Artwork?

We accept PNG and PDF files for DTF transfers (PNG with a transparent background). For UV DTF stickers we also accept AI, PSD and EPS in addition to PNG and PDF. We recommend files be a minimum of 300 dpi to ensure high-quality printing.

What Are The Instructions For Applying DTF Transfers With A Heat Press?

Set the temperature to 307°F (153°C) with medium-high pressure. Position the transfer in the desired location on the garment. First press: Press for 12 seconds. Peel: Let the film cool completely and peel cold. Second press: Press again for 12 seconds for added durability.

How Should I Care For Garments With DTF Transfers?

Wash inside out with cold water. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry or tumble dry on low. If ironing is necessary, do so on the reverse side or place a cloth between the iron and the design.

How Can I Ensure My Design Is Suitable For DTF Printing?

For best results, upload high-resolution files (minimum 300 dpi) in PNG or PDF format with a transparent background. Our team can advise on any additional adjustments or requirements.

At Captain Printing we make ordering TPU patches as simple as possible — whether you’re a first-time buyer testing a logo or a brand ordering thousands of units.

Choose from three options: Build a Gang Sheet (best value for multiple designs), Upload a ready file, or Order By Size for individual patches. No minimums, no setup fees, no art charges on any option.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly before production begins. Our team can review your design to ensure it works perfectly with our materials.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Zero minimums — always. You can order 1 patch or 10,000 and receive the same professional quality. Use “Order By Size” for single patches, or the Gang Sheet Builder to mix multiple designs on one sheet.

What is a gang sheet and how does it save me money?

A gang sheet lets you arrange multiple designs on one large print sheet. You pay per sheet space, not per design — so 12 logos on a $9.99 sheet works out to $0.83 per design vs $4–5+ each ordered individually. Our free Gang Sheet Builder shows your savings in real time as you build.

What are my three ordering options?

1) Build Gang Sheet — drag-and-drop builder, mix any sizes, best cost per patch. 2) Upload File — upload your print-ready AI, PNG or PDF and we print exactly as-is. 3) Order By Size — upload one design, pick your size, get it individually cut and priced from $0.06/sq in.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us before the order enters production. Because we offer same-day printing, orders placed before 2pm move to production quickly. Message us via WhatsApp immediately — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Can you print any design?

We cannot print designs with trademarked logos, copyrighted characters or inappropriate content without proof of permission. For original artwork and brand logos you own, there are no restrictions. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise.
