Refund & Reprint Policy

At Captain Printing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything possible to make it right. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies.

Refunds & Reprints

We offer a 14-day refund and reprint policy from the date you receive your order.

✅ We will reprint your order at no cost when:
  • There is a print quality issue attributable to our work.
  • The product does not meet the requested specifications.
❌ This policy does NOT apply when:
  • The file submitted by the customer does not meet our design requirements.
  • The file is low-resolution, poor quality, or in an incorrect format (see file requirements below).

For any reason other than print quality, refund or reprint requests must be pre-approved by our management team.

File Requirements

To ensure the best possible print quality, please submit your artwork according to the following specifications:

⚠️ Important

Files that do not meet these requirements may be printed as received, and Captain Printing will not be responsible for quality issues resulting from incorrect file formats or low resolution.

Before You Order

To avoid any issues, please verify the following before confirming your order:

  • Design files: Make sure your artwork meets the file requirements listed above.
  • Shipping address: Confirm that all shipping details are accurate. You will receive an order confirmation email so you can double-check everything.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Blank orders shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 7 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again, including any pending deposits.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary.

If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly and we’ll help resolve it.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Captain Printing, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1Payment

All orders must be prepaid in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

2Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our products (DTF Transfers, UV DTF PermaStickers, Sublimation Transfers, Stickers, and custom printing), Captain Printing is not responsible for:

  • Size, fit, or placement once the order has been approved by the customer.
  • Color variations inherent to the printing process or differences between screen and printed output.
  • Stitching, garment quality, or blank product defects (for apparel printing).
  • Issues caused by incorrect sizes, colors, designs, artwork, or shipping information provided by the customer.

3File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in the correct format for optimal print quality:

  • DTF Transfers & Rigid Substrate Prints: PDF format.
  • UV DTF PermaStickers: PNG at 1200 DPI.

Captain Printing is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from files that do not meet these requirements, including low-resolution, poor-quality, or incorrectly formatted files.

4Defective Items

If your order arrives with a print quality defect attributable to our work, you must report it within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

Replacements, reprints, or refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and are granted at the sole discretion of Captain Printing management.

5Approved Orders

Once you approve your order — including artwork, sizing, and specifications — production begins and the order cannot be modified or canceled.

6Shipping

  • Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Captain Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

7Limitation of Liability

Captain Printing’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the purchase price of that order. Captain Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

8Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission from the rights holder. Captain Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from customer-submitted designs.

9Changes to These Terms

Captain Printing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
